2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of implementing and interpreting this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade,

• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade,

• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,

• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts,

• SERVICE: All kinds of consumer transactions other than the supply of goods made or promised to be made in exchange for a fee or benefit,

• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities,

• BUYER: The natural or legal person who purchases, uses, or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

• SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,

• ORDER PLACER: The person who places an order through the SELLER’s website,

• PARTIES: Refers collectively to the SELLER and the BUYER,

• AGREEMENT: This contract entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER,

• PRODUCT/GOODS: All movable goods and intangible items such as software, audio, video prepared for use in electronic environments that are subject to shopping.

3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER’s website.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the selling prices. The announced prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited offers are valid only for the specified period.

7.1. The main features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods/services are published on the SELLER’s website. In case of a promotional campaign, you may review the product’s main features during the promotion period. The campaign remains valid until the specified end date.

7.2. Prices
The prices listed on the website are sales prices. These remain valid until updated or changed. Prices for time-limited promotions remain valid only for the promotion period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total sale price of the product or service, including all applicable taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER confirms that they have read and acknowledged the basic features, price, and payment and delivery terms of the product on the SELLER’s website and has confirmed this electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to this agreement shall be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s location, as indicated in the pre-information section on the website.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the designated address, without providing any justification, by notifying the SELLER.

11. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products customized at the BUYER's request, personal items such as underwear bottoms, cosmetics, and single-use products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults in credit card payments, they agree to pay interest and be held responsible to the bank under the terms of the credit card agreement. The relevant bank may take legal action and charge collection costs and attorney’s fees. The BUYER also accepts responsibility for any losses incurred by the SELLER due to delayed payment.

13. COMPETENT COURT
Any complaints and disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the jurisdiction where the BUYER resides or where the transaction took place.

14. ENFORCEMENT
Once the BUYER makes payment for the order placed through the website, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
